SuperGaming Announces Fourth Playtest for Indus Battle Royale: All the Details

SuperGaming, the Pune-based developer behind the upcoming homegrown Indus battle royale, plans to conduct a fourth playtest for the game in June – doubling down on esports readiness by testing and improving its features.

Indus will launch on mobile, PC and consoles, and Android users can pre-register on Google Play. So far, more than 1.5 million players have already pre-registered with Indus.

The fourth playtest, like all previous playtests, is an invite-only event; interested players can sign up via this link. Finally, those selected will get to play the latest version of Indus with the game developers and other community players.

Compared to the third repeat Test in Surat, the latest version of the Indus has several new additions and changes. These include team introductions, spectator mode, armor system, vehicle additions, supply drops, customizable controls, improved graphics with smoother visuals, animation improvements, traversal improvements, map improvements, minimap updates, new characters, new character skins, and a weapons testing facility where you can try out Indus’ weapons before landing on Virlok.

SuperGaming founder and CEO Roby John said: “We are grateful for the community’s response to Indus with over 1.5 million pre-registrations.” He added, “Since our last playtest in Surat, we’ve had a lot of questions about competitive play and features like spectator mode. With the core Indus game in place, this is the first time we’re showing the early esports features. Now is a good time to add the necessary options and refine them so that Indus esports is ready.”
